1. Our Commitment
Chronos Systems Kft. (a Hungarian limited liability company) is committed to running its services of Software Development, IT Outsourcing, Recruitment and EOR with integrity, respect for people and responsibility for the environment. This page summarises our key commitments.

2. Our Environmental Commitment
As a service company operating from a small office with a predominantly remote-working model, Chronos Systems Kft. has a low direct environmental footprint. We aim to keep it that way. We manage office energy use efficiently, prefer low-emission options for our company vehicle, and favour remote meetings over business travel wherever possible. We are happy to support clients who need information about our operations for their own sustainability reporting. Chronos Systems Kft. is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Hungary.
3. Code of Conduct and Business Ethics
These principles apply to all our employees, including those we employ on behalf of clients. We expect our partners, sub-contractors and suppliers to follow the same standards.
3.1. Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
We have zero tolerance for bribery, corruption and money laundering in any form, direct or indirect. We do not make facilitation payments or political contributions, and we do not offer or accept gifts or hospitality that could improperly influence a business decision. We carry out due diligence on our business partners.
3.2. Compliance with local laws
- Compiance - with all laws applicable in the country where we recruit, employ or provide services.
- Employment & payroll records -Employment & payroll records - this includes employment, social security, tax, relocation , data protection (GDPR) and anti-corruption laws.
- Policy standards - Where our own standards are stricter than local law, we apply our standards.
We do not use or tolerate forced, bonded or involuntary labor, human trafficking or slavery. All work is voluntary, and employees are free to leave with compliance and application of the applicable laws in the jurisdiction. We never charge candidates recruitment fees, and we never retain identity documents.
3.3. Prohibition of child labour
We do not employ or place anyone below the legal minimum working age in Hungary. We verify the age of every person we employ or place.
3.4. Prohibition of forced labour
We do not use or tolerate forced, bonded or involuntary labour, human trafficking or modern slavery. All work is voluntary, and employees are free to leave with applicable notice. We never charge candidates recruitment fees. We never retain original identity documents, passports or work permits; copies are kept only where required by applicable local law and are processed in accordance with the GDPR.
3.5. Non-discrimination and equal opportunities
Our recruitment and employment decisions are based solely on merit, qualifications and the requirements of the role. We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation, family status or any other protected characteristic. We decline discriminatory client requests. Where we use AI tools to screen candidates, their results are always reviewed by a person.
3.6. Anti-harassment
We have zero tolerance for harassment, sexual harassment and bullying, at our offices, at client sites and online. Every complaint is handled promptly and confidentially, and no one is penalised for raising a concern in good faith.
