2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data needed to provide our services. This may include:
- Contact details–name, email address, phone number, postal address.
- Identity & employment documents–ID numbers and documents/cards, tax number, social security number, work/residence data (only when required for employment contracts or statements).
- Professional information–CV, qualifications, work history, language skills, LinkedIn or GitHub profile links.
- Financial data-bank account details (only where a payment or payroll or business relationship exists).
- Website contact form data–name, email, phone, and the subject of your enquiry, your location country.
- Software product registration–username and email address for CWP - Chronos Workflow Platform and HR portals.
We do not automatically collect IP addresses or browsing data when you visit our website.
3. Why We Use Your Data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries and maintaining business relationships.
- Providing services including developments, recruitment, staffing, and IT/Tech outsourcing services.
- Matching job-seekers with suitable roles and clients/employers.
- Managing service and employment contracts.
- Meeting legal and tax obligations (e.g. accounting, payroll reporting).
- Sending our newsletter — only if you have explicitly subscribed.
- Producing anonymized statistics to improve our service or complete such legal reporting obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on:
- Your consent – given when you fill in a contact or registration form.
- Contractual necessity – when processing is required to provide an offer/quote or fulfill a contract you have with us.
- Legal obligation – where Hungarian or EU law requires us to retain certain records.
- Legitimate interest – where processing is proportionate and does not override your privacy rights.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact inquiries & CVs—up to 5 years (in case a suitable role or business opportunity arises).
- Employment & accounting records—as required by Hungarian accounting law (typically 8 years).
- Payroll & social-security documents—retained until the individual reaches retirement age, as required by law.
We will delete your data sooner if you request it, unless a legal obligation prevents us from doing so.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Prospective client/employer companies–only when you have applied for a role and agreed to this.
- Service providers–accountants, payroll processors, auditors, legal advisors, and occupational health providers, where necessary to fulfill a contract or legal obligation.
- Authorities–if required by Hungarian or EU law (e.g. tax authority submissions).
Any transfer to recipients in the EU/EEA or the USA occurs only with your explicit consent or a valid legal basis.
7. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored on our own servers in Budapest, Hungary. Paper documents are secured in-house.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, contact us in writing at the address in Section 1. We will respond within 30 days (or 8 days for deletion requests).
- Access–ask what data we hold about you and why.
- Rectification–request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure–ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention rules).
- Restriction–ask us to lock your data while a dispute is resolved.
- Objection–object to processing for direct marketing or profiling.
- Withdraw consent–opt out at any time; existing processing remains lawful.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, please contact us first; we will do our best to resolve the issue. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data-protection authority:
