Chronos Systems has developed and introduced its own project management and development methodology which covers the whole lifecycle of the custom software development process (ISO 9001:2008). This 3-pronged method is tailored for the offshore/nearshore environment we operate in and is enhanced by our communications planner.
Chronos Systems' project methodology is based on the consonance of technical activities, project control and quality management and is ISO certified. This methodology is also supported by our own Project Tracker that provides a complete administration support to the process such as Document Management and Expiration Monitoring. Chronos Systems is a heavily process-oriented company and all business processes are powered by Chronos Workflow Platform www.chronosworkflow.com.
There are 3 major methods of delivering services: contractors on-site, only project management onsite, and full offshore/nearhsore development. Under the latter method, the vendor's objective is to perform as much analyis, design and development work as possible remotely in a low-cost location. Travel costs are minimized and visa and immigration difficulties are eliminated.
